What is Pawsies return policy?At Pawsies, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or personalized/customized items unless they are defective.
